I had a mixed experience at the Residence Inn by Marriott Omaha Aksarben Village. On one hand, I loved the spacious room and comfortable bed that made my stay quite relaxing. However, I faced some issues, like the lack of shampoo and the overall upkeep of the grounds, which fell short of my expectations. The friendly staff did make a positive impact, but there were areas that definitely needed improvement. Overall, it was an okay stay with room for better service. 😊
